Group tour questions
What if I book 1 person but only 2 show up?
Group tours have a 3-person minimum billing — same as our private tours. If you book 1 or 2 guests, you're billed at the 3-pax rate (₱2,500 × 3 = ₱7,500 for Oslob). You still pay less than a private tour for 1-2 people.
Can I join the group if I'm travelling solo?
Absolutely — solo travelers and couples are our most common group joiners. You'll share the van and guide with other travelers going to the same destination.
What if a departure doesn't fill up?
Departures run even with just 1-2 bookings. We guarantee the fixed departure time once you've booked and received a confirmation.
Are the guides the same as private tours?
Yes — same pool of certified guides, same standard of service, same inclusions. The only difference is a shared vehicle and a fixed schedule.
Can I upgrade to private if I change my mind?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp before your departure date and we'll adjust your booking and pricing.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Same policy as our private tours.
