Terms & conditions

Clear terms for private tours

These terms summarize the booking, payment, cancellation, and waiver rules for Cebu OK Travel guests.

Booking confirmation

A submitted form is an inquiry until the Cebu OK Travel team confirms tour availability, vehicle, guide, pickup details, and route in writing. Final pricing can depend on group size, travel date, pickup location, optional add-ons, and supplier rules.

Payment terms

We only collect payment after availability is confirmed. A PHP 500.00 reservation fee may be required to secure your confirmed slot and is deducted from the final tour payment. The balance is collected on activity day unless your written confirmation states another arrangement.

Cebu OK Travel does not store payment card numbers or CVV data. Online payments should be processed through tokenized provider links such as PayMongo, PayPal, GCash, Maya, Wise, Alipay, or bank transfer channels.

Cancellation and no-show policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity unless your written confirmation gives a longer free-cancellation window. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur supplier costs, transport costs, permit costs, or other unavoidable charges.

Weather and supplier changes

Safety comes first. Weather, sea conditions, sanctuary rules, ferry schedules, government orders, or supplier operations may require route changes, rescheduling, refund handling, or replacement activities based on the situation and supplier policy.

Risk waiver agreement

Some activities involve water, boats, canyons, roads, wildlife viewing, heights, or outdoor conditions. After confirmation, guests may be asked to sign a digital waiver linked to the booking ID before the activity.

Open Risk Waiver Agreement

Traveler responsibility

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact details, following guide instructions, arriving on time, disclosing health or mobility concerns, protecting personal belongings, and carrying valid travel insurance when appropriate.

Return and refund policy

Cancellation by guest — 24 or more hours before activity: Full refund of all amounts paid, including the reservation fee, processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation by guest — less than 24 hours before activity: The reservation fee (PHP 500.00) is non-refundable. If the full balance has been paid, the balance minus documented unavoidable supplier, transport, or permit costs will be refunded.

No-show: No refund is available. Supplier, transport, guide, and permit costs are non-recoverable once the activity day begins.

Cancellation by Cebu OK Travel (weather, safety, force majeure): Full refund of all amounts paid, or a complimentary reschedule on a date of your choosing. The choice is yours.

Activity changes during the tour: Where safety conditions require route or activity changes mid-tour, a comparable alternative will be provided where possible, or a partial credit based on the undelivered portion.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] or WhatsApp +63 962 200 8791 with your booking reference. International transfers may take up to 15 business days. See the full Refund Policy page.
