Cancellation and refund terms

Cancellation by guest — 24+ hours before activity

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time. A full refund of all amounts paid — including the reservation fee (PHP 500.00) — will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation by guest — less than 24 hours before activity

Late cancellations may incur supplier, transport, or permit costs that cannot be recovered:

• The reservation fee (PHP 500.00) is non-refundable.
• If the full tour balance has been paid, we will refund the balance minus documented unavoidable costs. The exact refund amount will be communicated in writing with supporting detail.

No-show

If your group does not appear at the agreed pickup point or meeting location without prior notice, no refund is available. Supplier, transport, guide, and permit costs are non-recoverable once the activity day begins.

Cancellation by Cebu OK Travel

If Cebu OK Travel cancels a confirmed tour due to weather, safety conditions, force majeure, supplier unavailability, or any other reason within our control, you will receive one of the following — your choice:

• A full refund of all amounts paid, including the reservation fee; or
• A complimentary reschedule on a date of your choice, subject to availability.

Activity changes during the tour

Weather, sea conditions, sanctuary closures, or safety concerns may require route changes or partial activity substitutions mid-tour. In such cases, Cebu OK Travel will provide a comparable alternative where possible, or a partial credit or refund based on the portion of the activity not completed and costs already incurred.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. International bank transfers and online wallet refunds may take up to 15 business days depending on the provider.

Refund payment method

Refunds are issued to the same account or payment channel used during booking. If the original method is unavailable, we will coordinate an alternative in writing. Cebu OK Travel does not issue cash refunds at the tour location.
