This policy explains how Cebu OK Travel handles inquiries, bookings, payment coordination, analytics, and waiver records.
The data controller for personal information collected through this website is Cebu OK Travel, a tour operator based in the Philippines. DTI Registration No.: 7236268.

We collect the details needed to plan and confirm your tour: name, contact information, travel date, pickup location, group size, nationality, preferred language, special requests, selected tour, and booking source details such as UTM campaign data.
Your information is used to answer inquiries, confirm availability, prepare quotes, coordinate transport and guides, send confirmation messages, issue waiver links, manage reservation fees, and improve website and ad performance.
Cebu OK Travel does not collect payment before confirming availability. Payment instructions are sent directly by the Cebu team. We may record your selected payment method, reservation fee status, balance due, and related notes for booking administration.
Signed waiver records are linked to booking IDs and may include customer name, tour date, tour type, typed signature name, date signed, IP address, and browser details for legal and operational protection.
We share only the information needed with trusted local suppliers, drivers, guides, and payment or communication providers involved in your booking. We do not sell customer information.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for booking operations, accounting, tax, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the record type and applicable law. Records are deleted, anonymized, or securely restricted when there is no continuing lawful need.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act and other laws that apply to your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or blocking, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Cebu OK Travel does not sell customer personal information.
Send your request to [email protected] with the subject Privacy request. Include your name, booking reference when available, the right you want to exercise, and enough information for us to verify your identity. Do not email a password, card number, PIN, or one-time code.
We will acknowledge the request and respond within the period required by applicable law. We may retain limited information when tax, safety, fraud-prevention, contractual, or legal duties require it. If deletion is restricted, we will explain the reason.
Analytics and advertising pixels are loaded only after consent when consent controls are enabled. You may choose essential-only cookies for booking security, language selection, and session protection.
We use HTTPS, access controls, audit logs, rate limiting, secure waiver storage, and encryption for sensitive customer data where configured. Payment card details should be handled only by PCI DSS-aligned payment providers and are not stored by Cebu OK Travel.
Hosting, email, analytics, advertising, communications, and payment providers may process limited personal information for Cebu OK Travel. Some providers operate outside the Philippines. We require appropriate contractual or other safeguards and limit processing to the service being provided.
