Children from 3 years old can join with the free life vest. Water sports (banana boat, parasailing, jet ski, flying fish) are in the water near Gilutungan Island, about 30 minutes each, from 5 years old. Pregnancy and health conditions are your own decision, so declare them on the liability waiver. If sailing is stopped for weather, we reschedule first, then refund.

Yes. Your vehicle, driver and guide are for your group only, all day, with no other passengers. Ferries, river cruises and public activity sites are shared with other visitors.

Nothing is paid until we confirm your date, pickup time and final total in writing. Then you pay the reservation fee (PHP 500 per guest per tour day, maximum PHP 5,000). It is part of the price, not extra. You pay the balance in cash on tour day. For example, 4 guests on one tour day pay PHP 2,000 to reserve, and the rest on the day. Payment options: GoTyme, BPI transfer or PayPal (PayPal adds 5%).

Free cancellation and free rescheduling are available up to 24 hours before the activity. Late cancellations and no-shows keep the reservation fee and any supplier costs already paid for your group. If we cancel for weather, safety or a government order, you choose a full refund or a free reschedule. If only one activity cannot run, we offer a replacement activity or a refund of that part, and our team sends you the final refund amount in writing before anything is settled.

Most requests receive a staff reply within the same day. Urgent and same-week bookings are handled fastest through WhatsApp or LINE, usually within a few hours. We reply in writing with availability, pickup time and the final total. Only after that do you pay the reservation fee, and we confirm the booking again in writing.

Hotels are not part of our tour prices. You book your own hotel, and we recommend, assist and coordinate it. We can also book a hotel on your behalf when the hotel payment is sent together with your tour reservation payment.
