No. The Oslob local government manages the whale shark boats and does not allow private boats, so the boat is shared with other guests. This is the same for every operator. Your vehicle, driver and guide are private to your group.

You can add one of them, not both, because the day would run too long. Kawasan Falls swimming or canyoneering, or Moalboal sardines and turtles, fit after the whale sharks. If you want Moalboal first, the whale sharks move to another morning or into a plan with an overnight stay near Oslob.

The minimum age is 7 years. Do not touch or chase the whale sharks, and do not use flash. Follow the guides and keep the life vest on. The in-water session is usually 30 to 45 minutes. Tell us before the tour about swimming ability, pregnancy or heart conditions so we can plan safely.

A sedan or SUV takes 1 to 4 guests. A van takes 5 to 10 guests, or up to 8 guests when you carry luggage. The vehicle is for your group only.

Whale shark sightings are not guaranteed. The activity is managed by the local government unit (LGU) in Oslob, so what applies if none are seen depends on the LGU rules. Your guide explains this on the day.

Showers and toilets at Oslob are free. Luggage can stay in the van, safe with our driver and guide.

The planned pickup is 3:00 AM from your hotel, and the day lasts about 14 to 16 hours including the drives. Pickup from outside Cebu City can start earlier, and we confirm your exact time in writing. Please be in the lobby 10 minutes early. If you change hotel, tell us at least one day before.

Activity level: moderate adventure. Bring swimwear, towel, rash guard, dry bag, change of clothes, extra cash. Wear clothes you do not mind getting wet. Tell us the ages of children and any health condition, and we confirm the day suits everyone before you pay.

Yes. Free lunch at Kawasan Falls. Breakfast and other meals are not included, and drinks beyond the free bottled water are at your own expense.

Almost always. The scheduled closures are: Sumilon Island is closed on the third Wednesday of each month. Kawasan Falls is closed on the third Wednesday of each month. Tumalog Falls is closed on the second Wednesday of each month. We check your date before we confirm it. If a place on your route is closed, we agree a different date or route with you before you pay anything, and we recheck two days before the tour.

Yes. Your vehicle, driver and guide are for your group only, all day, with no other passengers. Ferries, river cruises and public activity sites are shared with other visitors.

Nothing is paid until we confirm your date, pickup time and final total in writing. Then you pay the reservation fee (PHP 500 per guest per tour day, maximum PHP 5,000). It is part of the price, not extra. You pay the balance in cash on tour day. For example, 4 guests on one tour day pay PHP 2,000 to reserve, and the rest on the day. Payment options: GoTyme, BPI transfer or PayPal (PayPal adds 5%).

Free cancellation and free rescheduling are available up to 24 hours before the activity. Late cancellations and no-shows keep the reservation fee and any supplier costs already paid for your group. If we cancel for weather, safety or a government order, you choose a full refund or a free reschedule. If only one activity cannot run, we offer a replacement activity or a refund of that part, and our team sends you the final refund amount in writing before anything is settled.

Most requests receive a staff reply within the same day. Urgent and same-week bookings are handled fastest through WhatsApp or LINE, usually within a few hours. We reply in writing with availability, pickup time and the final total. Only after that do you pay the reservation fee, and we confirm the booking again in writing.

Hotels are not part of our tour prices. You book your own hotel, and we recommend, assist and coordinate it. We can also book a hotel on your behalf when the hotel payment is sent together with your tour reservation payment.

Many Cebu tours can be adapted, but no activity is suitable for every age or ability. Staff check current operator rules, ages, swimming confidence, mobility, relevant health information, and conditions before confirming a recommendation.

Sun protection, comfortable clothes, a change of clothes if swimming, reef-safe sunscreen for water activities, cash in pesos for meals not listed, tips and souvenirs, and any personal medications. Each guest gets 1 free bottled water per day. Full packing details are sent in your confirmation.

If weather makes the tour unsafe or the destination inaccessible, the tour is rescheduled at no charge or fully refunded. Staff monitor conditions and notify you the evening before if there is any concern. Whale shark and island hopping tours are the most weather-dependent.

A Japanese, Korean or Chinese-speaking guide is available as an add-on at PHP 2,000 per guide per tour day, subject to guide availability. Tick it on the booking form or mention it on WhatsApp or LINE when checking availability. English-speaking guides are standard.
