Big group tours
Private Cebu Tours for Big Groups
Family reunions, barkada trips, company outings and wedding guests. How we move 10 to 40 people through a Cebu day without losing anyone.
Quick answer: For groups of 10 or more, we run private tours with several vans of up to 10 guests each, moving together on one schedule with one lead guide. The per-guest price drops as your group grows, and the reservation fee is capped at PHP 5,000 per booking for any group size. Oslob and Sumilon, Mactan island hopping and the Cebu City tour suit mixed-age groups best. Book 4 to 6 weeks ahead so every van and boat is held for the same day.
How a big group tour works
- Vehicles: sedans or SUVs for up to 4 guests and vans for 5 to 10. Bigger groups get several vans that leave and arrive together.
- One lead guide keeps the whole group on the same plan, with a driver in every van.
- Boats: we confirm boat size or a second boat in your written quote, so everyone snorkels on the same schedule.
- Pickups: one meeting point works best. Several hotels add time to a 3:00 AM Oslob start.
Best tours for big groups
| Tour | Why it works for groups | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Mactan island hopping | Short drive, everyone on the boats together, lunch on an island | Book boats early on weekends |
| Oslob whale sharks and Sumilon | Every age joins, the sandbar is a group photo spot | Early start, around 3:00 AM from the city |
| Cebu City and uplands | Heritage sites, Temple of Leah and shopping time | Uphill traffic in the late afternoon |
| Cebu Safari | Good for reunions with children | Children are priced by height |
| Bohol countryside | One ferry, one route, the Chocolate Hills and tarsiers | Ferry seats sell out first for big groups |
| Kawasan canyoneering | Team-building favorite for active groups | Not for every age, offer Kawasan swimming as the easy option |
Pricing for big groups
Private tour prices are per guest and fall as the group grows, since the vans, guide and boat costs are shared. Use the live calculator on each tour for your exact headcount, or send the group size and we return one written total.
The reservation fee is PHP 500 per guest per tour day, capped at PHP 5,000 per booking. A 30-guest group pays the same PHP 5,000 cap as a 10-guest group on a one-day tour. The balance is paid on tour day.
Family reunions and barkada trips
Mixed ages are the norm. We split active and relaxed guests on the same day where the route allows it, for example canyoneering for some and Kawasan swimming for the rest, then meet again for lunch. Read our family tours with kids and senior-friendly tours pages for the details by age.
Company outings and team building
For companies, schools and incentive groups we send one itinerary, one quote and one invoice contact. Canyoneering, island hopping and a Bohol day are the most requested outing days. We also run private tours for ESL schools.

Big group tours FAQ
How many people can join one private tour?
Each van carries up to 10 guests, and we add vans that travel together on one schedule. Send your headcount and we confirm vans, boats and guides for your date.
Is there a group discount?
The per-guest price already drops as the group grows, because vehicle, guide and boat costs are shared. The reservation fee is also capped at PHP 5,000 per booking.
Can a big group split activities on the same day?
Yes, where the route allows. A common split is canyoneering for active guests and Kawasan swimming for everyone else, meeting again for lunch.
How early should a big group book?
4 to 6 weeks ahead, and 2 to 3 months ahead for Holy Week, Christmas and Sinulog, so all vans, boats and ferry seats are held for the same day.
