Booking questions, answered

Is submitting a booking request the same as paying, or is it final?

No. Submitting sends your request immediately, but nothing is charged and no slot is held yet. We check real availability (guide schedules, sanctuary permits, ferry timetables, weather windows) and confirm everything in writing, usually within a few hours. Your slot is secured once you pay the reservation fee after written confirmation.

Can a solo traveler or couple book a private tour?

Yes. Private tours use a minimum pricing baseline, so solo travelers and couples are welcome as long as the minimum private charge is accepted. Your vehicle, driver, and guide remain private to your group.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The reservation fee (PHP 500 per guest per tour day, up to PHP 5,000 per booking) is paid via PayPal, GoTyme Bank Transfer or BPI Bank Transfer (SWIFT wire, a remittance app, or a local InstaPay QR scan). We only collect payment after availability is confirmed, and the fee is deducted from the final tour payment. The remaining balance is paid in cash on activity day.

Is hotel pickup included in the tour price?

Yes. Pickup and drop-off at your hotel or Airbnb are included, with no pickup surcharge. We confirm your exact pickup time in writing before the tour.

Do you book hotels for guests?

Hotels are not part of our tour prices. You book your own hotel, and we recommend, assist and coordinate it. We can also book a hotel on your behalf when the hotel payment is sent together with your tour reservation payment.
